Leading Specialty Pharma Co Selects MC3’s Tabletop® Learning Platform

Today, MC3 announced an important new enterprise license agreement with the specialty division of a top 10 pharmaceutical company. The one year agreement provides the client with unlimited access to MC3’s Tabletop® technology, for the specific purpose of establishing a dynamic learning platform that will house, distribute and track user specific content to support the training and ongoing development of the sales organization. This client has previously utilized Tabletop® to support launch and sales meetings and is expanding its use of the platform through this enterprise agreement.

Robert Armstrong, MC3 President and operating partner commented: “We are delighted that this long term Tabletop® client has chosen to expand its use of the platform. Over the years, they have successfully leveraged Tabletop® to create highly engaging meetings and events based training and are now expanding the technology’s utility to create a year round learning platform that will meet their broader training objectives. By licensing the platform they realize continuous benefits at a more efficient price point. This is the kind of win-win that we seek to establish with all of our clients.”

About Tabletop®: Tabletop® is MC3’s proprietary Saas based meeting, training and field force engagement platform that was developed specifically for the life sciences industry. It is offered to clients on a single event basis or can be licensed on an annual or multiyear basis. Clients have the option to manage the administration of the platform themselves, engage MC3 to provide platform administration service and support or a combination of both.

MC3 Tabletop® Meeting Platform Selected by Top 10 Pharma Co

MC3 announced that it was selected by a top 10 Pharma Co as the preferred supplier of tablet based meeting applications. After an intensive six month competitive review process, MC3’s Tabletop® was selected as the application of choice to support enterprise meeting and training initiatives for all of the company’s US business units and their over 5,000 field personnel.

Bill Curtin, MC3 VP Account Executive commented on why he believed that Tabletop and MC3 won this competitive bid:

“Over the past several years, MC3 and Tabletop® have established an excellent track record on projects with multiple brand teams through the support of several critical meeting and training initiatives. These internal advocates provided a credible reference base regarding Tabletop’s® sophisticated functionality which was specifically designed for the life sciences industry, as well as Tabletop’s® superior functionality, appealing user interface and intuitive administrative tools. In addition, MC3 passed several third party security tests which ensured the client that Tabletop® was the platform of choice for all highly confidential information. I believe that MC3’s reputation as a great service provider with our relentless focus on service and support also helped sway the selection team’s decision.”

Since being selected just over a month ago, MC3 has already supported the use of Tabletop® at a highly successful recent launch meeting and is currently planning several other meeting and training initiatives where the Tabletop® platform will be used to enhance participant engagement and elevate learning and meeting outcomes.

MC3 Announces Renewal of Key Tabletop® Enterprise Client:

MC3 recently announced the renewal of an enterprise license Agreement for Tabletop®, the company’s proprietary meeting, training and field force communication platform. The Agreement with this midsized pharmaceutical company extends the license for another 12 months and ensures that it’s ~800 person sales force retains access to Tabletop’s® robust meeting functionality to support highly engaging ‘paperless’ POA, training and launch meetings.

Robert Armstrong, MC3 President commented: “We are delighted to have secured this contract extension with one of our original enterprise license clients. They started using Tabletop® on iPads and successfully transitioned their field force to Microsoft Tablets. One of the reasons they originally selected MC3 and Tabletop® was the solution’s multi platform capability. This renewal is a testament to the quality and user friendliness of Tabletop® as a sophisticated meeting application, as well as to its adaptability to both the IOS and Microsoft operating systems.”

MC3 has trained the client’s internal teams to utilize Tabletop’s® easy to use administration tools enabling them to manage their meetings with internal resources. On an as needed basis, MC3 continues to provide support for complex representative certifications and other highly sophisticated Tabletop®functionality as requested by the client.
