MC3 announced today that it has been selected to conduct a workshop at LTEN’s (formerly SBPT) annual conference in Phoenix, AZ this June. The workshop entitled, “Break Out of Breakouts – Reinventing the Contemporary Training Event” will be presented by industry training veterans Beth Tench, Ed Weimer and Bill Curtin, each a Vice President at MC3. Participants in the workshop will:
- Explore new approaches to meeting the needs of contemporary learners; those who are media and technology savvy, and endowed with ever shortened attention spans.
- Experience “The HUB” ̶ a decentralized collaborative environment that provides a blended approach for self discovery, accommodating a full range of learning experiences.
- Walk away with new approaches to replacing the monotony of back-to-back breakouts with multifaceted self-directed learning approaches that boost participant engagement and retention.
The workshop will be conducted on June 3rd from 2:15-3:45pm in Wildflower C of the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge. Seating is limited, but conference participants can register in advance for the workshop at LTEN’s web site: www.LTENconference.com
